The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is seeking a Staff Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures with independent judgment in a clinical setting in Skowhegan, ME.
The role requires ARRT registration, a Maine radiology license, BLS and a graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program; prior experience is desirable, with the position offering a 32-hour work week on 2nd shift and a competitive pay range.
Under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and the direction of the Radiologist(s), the Staff Technologist shall perform a variety of radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnoses and clinical assessment. The Staff Technologist shall assume responsibility for designated areas and/or procedures. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to perform exams on patients of all age groups, and must be knowledgeable about developmental needs over the age span and where appropriate are knowledgeable about the use of age related equipment.
Full-time, 32 hour, 2nd shift
Patient centered team approach to care is imperative.
Must be a graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program. Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and maintain current active status. Must hold a current Maine State license for radiology Technology. BLS required. Previous experience is desirable.
The pay range for this position is $27.31 to $51.35 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experience
