Job summary

Minneola Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our rural care team in Kansas. You will perform diagnostic imaging services with a focus on patient safety and comfort, collaborating with providers and radiologists to support high-quality diagnoses.

The role offers a four-day work week (4-10 shifts), on-call duties, modern imaging equipment, and a community-focused environment that supports work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registered or eligible.
• Current Kansas licensure or ability to obtain.
• Maintain required continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiologic examinations on patients of all ages.
• Properly position patients and utilize optimal imaging techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate computerized patient and procedure records.
• Communicate effectively with providers and radiologists regarding examinations.
• Practice radiation safety and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Assist with inventory management and departmental organization.
• Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and fellow team members to deliver excellent care.
• Participate in ongoing education and required competency training.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

ARRT registered or eligible

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week (4-10 schedule)

One weekday of on-call coverage per week

One weekend of on-call coverage per month
