Job summary

Cook Hospital & Care Center in Minnesota is seeking two full-time Radiologic Technologists (Registered or Registry-Eligible) to join our Imaging Department. This day-shift role includes rotating on-call duties and offers sign-on bonus, on-call pay, and additional certification pay.

The position requires graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT eligibility or registration, and current BLS certification. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment and ensure safety protocols
  • Perform radiologic exams, EKGs, DEXA scans, and CTs (on‑the‑job training provided)
  • Maintain imaging equipment and inventory
  • Manage administrative tasks (scheduling, PACS, exam documentation, prior authorization)
  • Rotate on‑call coverage with department team
  • Comply with all regulatory and facility‑wide standards

Education

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
ARRT certification / registry-eligible
Current BLS certification

Position Overview

We are seeking two Full Time Registered or Registry-Eligible Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Department. This is a day‑shift position with rotating on‑call responsibilities.

Pay & Incentives
  • Base Pay:
    • Radiologic Technologist I: $30.72 – $39.50/hour (DOE)
    • Radiologic Technologist II: $31.68 – $40.76/hour (eligible after probation and call readiness)
  • Sign‑On Bonus: $4,000
  • On‑Call Pay: $8.00/hour | $10.00/hour (Holidays)
  • Additional Certification Pay: Up to $2.50/hour extra for two additional Rad Tech certifications
Benefits (for regular positions of 20+ hrs/week)
