Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in California to join a team delivering high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams. The role focuses on patient care, safety, and professional collaboration within a patient-centered imaging center.

The position requires ARRT certification, state licensure in diagnostic radiologic technology, and BLS. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrates ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will:

Pay Range: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
