Responsibilities

Radiologic Technologist Duties

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, assist with positioning, and explain procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images, adjusting controls for proper exposure.
• Use radiation safety measures and protection devices.
• Maintain and report on radiologic equipment functionality.
• Follow radiology workflows and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Medical Assistant Duties

• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and performing ancillary tests.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Perform routine medical procedures and triage emergent patients.
• Assist with patient flow, maintain supplies, and perform clerical duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with applicable state certification.
• Active ARRT certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Experience & Skills

• At least six months of medical assistant experience.
• Knowledge of occupational medicine requirements preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information per HIPAA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
