Job summary

American Family Care, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray exams while supporting urgent care operations. You will work with providers to ensure timely care and may flex into MA duties when not imaging. The role requires ARRT certification and BLS, with preference for CT/MRI experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified and in good standing; Radiologic Technologist license where required.
• Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within onboarding period.
• 1+ year urgent care imaging experience preferred.
• Strong insurance verification and EMR documentation skills.
• Flexible team player willing to cover MA/MR duties.
• Experience in radiology, CT or MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology (X-ray) exams safely.
• Support urgent care operations and patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely care.
• Triage and assist in MA clinical duties when not imaging.
• Assist with MR tasks (insurance verification, registration, payment collection).
• Maintain equipment QC and compliance logs.
