Job summary

Memorial Health in Springfield is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures using diverse radiology equipment. You will apply prescribed ionizing radiation to patients while upholding our Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency.

The role is on-site, full-time with night shifts and weekend rotation, including a $20,000 sign-on bonus. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered radiographer (ARRT-R) in good standing or eligible.
• Active radiography license from the IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety.
• Maintain BLS CPR Certification.

Job Description Summary: Working at Springfield Memorial as a Radiologic Technologist you will be using independent judgment, perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures utilizing a variety of Radiology equipment in applying prescribed ionizing radiation to patients for diagnosis and treatment. Licensure/Certification/Registry:

• Registered radiographer (ARRT-R) in good standing or registry eligible. If not otherwise specified by the professional licensing body, the maximum allowable time to practice in a “registration pending” status is three months.
• Active license required in radiography from the IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety.
• Maintain BLS CPR Certification.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills required. Moderate physical effort.
