Job summary

Trinity Health in Massachusetts seeks a part-time X-Ray Tech II to operate radiographic equipment and assist radiologists in sterile procedures. You will perform general radiography and mammography, educate patients, and ensure high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, film retrieval, scheduling, and teamwork. Eligible candidates have ARRT registration, state radiography/mammography licensure, CPR, and 2+ years of radiologic experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; graduate of accredited diagnostic radiography program.
• ARRT registered and current state license in radiography and mammography.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical internship and two (2) years of post-educational experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiography and mammography with proper patient positioning and shielding.
• Handles clerical tasks: retrieving films, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and encounter forms.
• Educates patients and family members about the care being provided.
• Conducts quality checks and aims for high-quality radiographs with minimal radiation.
• Demonstrates teamwork and positive communication.
