Job summary

Goodwin University is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator for Radiography in East Hartford, CT. You will oversee clinical rotations, manage site affiliations, and ensure compliance with JRCERT standards while supporting the program director.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT credentials, CT licensure eligibility, and have teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program. Expect day/evening/weekend work with strong patient- and student-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ARRT certification and registration in radiography.
• Eligible for CT radiographer licensure in CT.
• Two years’ clinical radiography experience.
• One year’s teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Experience with clinical competency and compliance tracking systems.
• Evenings/weekends work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee affiliation of clinical facilities to provide radiography rotations.
• Coordinate medical documentation for clinical internships.
• Direct and coordinate clinical practice activities and scheduling.
• Assist the Radiography Program Director with JRCERT self-study.
• Oversee lab scheduling and use for campus sessions.
• Develop and implement clinical evaluation tools.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and safety.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Required

ARRT certification and registration in radiography

State of Connecticut radiographer licensure

Two years’ clinical experience in radiography

One year’s experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program

Clinical competency tracking & compliance tracking systems
