Job summary

Lasell University seeks a qualified Clinical Coordinator for its Radiologic Technology program. The role oversees clinical education components, ensuring JRCERT compliance and ARRT readiness, reporting to the Program Director.

The position requires collaboration with faculty, clinical affiliates, and leadership to maintain high-quality, competency-based education and to support student success and accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Hold at minimum a Bachelor's Degree.
• Certified and registered in radiography by ARRT.
• Hold a current state radiography license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical instruction or teaching experience as a Clinical Preceptor or instructor.
• Knowledge of JRCERT Standards and supervision policies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate all clinical education components.
• Ensure clinical education meets JRCERT Standards for supervision and competency.
• Develop and maintain a structured clinical education plan for skill progression.
• Support student recruitment and retention with the program director.
• Establish and maintain clinical affiliation agreements.
• Identify, orient, and evaluate clinical instructors and preceptors.
• Coordinate student rotations and supervise progression.
