Job summary

Total NDT, LLC. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Radiographic Testing (RT) Level II Technician to support day-to-day call-out inspection projects. You will set up and operate RT equipment, interpret images, and document results following procedures and safety standards.

You will coordinate with clients and supervisors, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with site safety requirements while delivering accurate inspections across multiple project sites.

Qualifications

• RT Level II certification is required.
• Experience performing industrial radiographic testing inspections is preferred.
• Knowledge of radiographic testing techniques, equipment, and image interpretation.
• Familiarity with applicable NDT codes, standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of radiation safety practices and industrial site safety requirements.
• Ability to prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic testing (RT) inspections on welds, piping, and other industrial components.
• Set up, operate, and maintain radiographic testing equipment and related accessories.
• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved procedures, project specifications, and applicable industry codes and standards.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain relevant testing documentation.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and other inspection personnel to meet project requirements.
