Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified NDT RT Technician, full-time, in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have prior radiographic testing experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.

The RT Technician will perform radiographic inspections in accordance with applicable procedures, customer specifications, and industry standards. The role requires setting up RT equipment, interpreting results, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial radiography experience required.
• Strong understanding of radiographic testing techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• State card and/or IRRSP certification preferred where applicable.
• Experience with CR/DR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RT equipment.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Follow all radiation safety and company safety procedures.
