Corewell Health in Saint Joseph, MI seeks a Radiologic Technologist to coordinate and perform diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, follow physicians’ orders, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will prepare patients, manage contrast administration, and safeguard equipment and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining ALARA standards, verifying orders, and pushing images to PACS while upholding department guidelines. ARRT radiographer credential and BLS certification are required.

Formación

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and performs routine diagnostic radiological and fluoroscopic procedures following ALARA principles
• Ensures patient safety and minimizes radiation exposure
• Prepares and assists in administering contrast Agents and monitors for allergies
• Maintains imaging equipment and notifies maintenance if malfunctioning
• Verifies patient identity and processes orders; prepares patients for procedures
• Evaluates images and ensures proper identification and archiving in PACS

Educación

Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
