Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis seeks an Associate Scientist II to support development laboratory operations for radiochemical and analytical methods across the drug product pipeline from R&D through GMP production.

The role involves routine equipment checks, GMP radiolabeling, QC support, and onboarding of new technologies while maintaining safety, compliance, and confidentiality in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BS with 0–3 years in Radiochemistry or related scientific field.
• Experience with radioactive materials is desirable.
• GMP and GDP familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine equipment checks and maintenance following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Independently perform routine GMP radiolabeling and clinical site sample preparation.
• Support general laboratory organization and cleanliness.
• Assist scientific team with development work for RayzeBio’s drug pipeline.
• Manage third party vendors for analytical and lab equipment support.
• Support activities related to hot cells, gloveboxes, and cleanrooms.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, EH&S and US/EU GMP guidelines; travel <5%.
