Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, seeks a Senior Associate II, Analytical Development in Indianapolis. You will develop and validate analytical methods for radiopharmaceutical products, perform method transfer and validation, and support product development teams in a GMP environment.

You will work with UHPLC/HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and spectrometry techniques, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USP/EP/ICH guidelines while collaborating across departments to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or relevant scientific field.
• Three (3) or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as UHPLC, HPLC, GC, TLC, ICP, LC-MS, Gamma Spectrometry, Alpha Spectrometry, and other analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods for parenteral radiopharmaceutical products according to phase appropriate guidelines.
• Participate in method transfer Activities from CDMO or internal research facility to QC team.
• Prepare analytical test methods and validation/verification/transfer protocols and reports per guidelines (USP, EP, ICH).
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytical results for product development and commercialization.
• Troubleshoot and investigate analytical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation including notebooks, protocols, reports, SOPs and data analysis.
• Participate in instrument qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and radiation safety program adherence.
