Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Production Operator I to support the finished drug product program manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals for clinical and commercial use. You will execute production tasks, maintain cGMP compliance, and support validation and process improvements in a sterile environment.

The role requires prior lab experience, GMP familiarity, and willingness to work in hot cells/gloveboxes; associate/bachelor in STEM preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP‑regulated environments.
• Experience working in aseptic environments and ISO 7/Class C.
• Hands-on experience with radiochemistry/radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Experience with hot cells or gloveboxes is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute production of radiopharmaceutical drug products in a GMP setting.
• Support validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and PPE.
• Maintain a safe, compliant production area and adhere to radiation safety programs.
