Job summary

TerraPower LLC. seeks a senior leader to manage the TPI Radiochemistry Process Development team, driving the long‑term production of actinium‑225 for radiopharmaceutical applications. You will guide project scope, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety groups.

Relocation to Everett, WA is expected. The role demands a PhD in radiochemistry or related field (or MS with extensive experience), 5+ years of leadership, and deep expertise

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in radiochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
• PhD with 5+ years post‑grad lab experience or MS with 7+ years.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership in scientific/technical teams.
• Ability to influence across technical and business functions.
• Experience with radiochemistry, separations, and production of actinium‑225.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radiochemistry Process Development organization and workforce planning.
• Oversee lab development, experiments, and scale‑up efforts for actinium‑225 production.
• Ensure GLP and safety compliance across radiochemistry activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Safety, and Management.
• Communicate project progress through updates and presentations.
