Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Manager of Radiochemical Process Development to lead the R&D Radiochemistry team in Everett, WA. You will drive development, scale‑up and support of radiochemical processes for actinium‑225 production, ensuring safety, data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with substantial radiochemistry experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership in scientific teams.
• Experience with radiochemistry, radiochemical separations, and chemical synthesis.
• Ability to influence across technical and business functions while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Radiochemistry Process Development organization.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, performance management and engagement.
• Ensure GLP/quality data, safety, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Program Management.
• Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and coaching.
• Communicate progress and project status to senior leadership.
