Rise Technical is seeking an experienced radioactive waste professional to join our team in a role focusing on characterization, classification, packaging, and regulatory compliance of radioactive materials. You will apply your knowledge of RCRA, DOT, NRC regulations to complex waste streams and shipments, and play a key part in ensuring safe, compliant disposal.

Formación

• Experience with radioactive or hazardous waste management.
• Experience preparing waste shipment documentation and compliance with packaging and transportation requirements.
• Ability to work with customers and project teams on complex regulatory issues.

Responsabilidades

• Characterize and classify low-level and mixed low-level radioactive waste for regulatory compliance.
• Review customer waste data, verify treatment, inspect packaging, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and site operations to resolve technical issues and ensure compliant shipments.
