Job summary

USA.Radio in Texas is seeking a Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic start-up team of broadcasters. You will participate in on-site appearances, remotes, and station events, helping to elevate our stations' presence at public events.

Ideal candidates are flexible, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will collaborate with the Marketing & Promotions Director and support the promotions staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and represent radio stations at on-site appearances and events.
• Assist with events, remotes, and equipment maintenance.
• Increase public awareness through creative promotions.
• Serve as liaison between listeners and the stations during events.
• Prepare equipment for live broadcasts and remotes.
• Coordinate with promotions team during events.
• Support Promotion and Marketing Director as needed.
