Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Part‑Time Promotions Assistant to support local radio promotions. You will help plan events, run digital campaigns, and assist with on‑site broadcasts, data entry, and social media tasks.

No experience is required, but customer service helps. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to drive company vehicles are needed. Flexible schedule (20+ hours) including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; customer‑service experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule; available to work at least 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multi‑tasking abilities.
• Event experience is a plus.
• Works well with a variety of personalities.
• Passion and desire to perform at a high level in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for promotional events and contests.
• Create e‑blasts, social media posts, and website posts; review promotional information and graphics.
• Maintain inventory of prize closet, calendars, and event schedules for current and upcoming promotions.
• Support the Promotions and Marketing Department with miscellaneous office projects.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, fuel, and maintenance; drive station vehicles with attached trailer when required.
• Maintain and store station equipment.

Pay Range
