New RF Development Engineer vacancy based in Austin, TX

• Located in Austin, Texas
• Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re seeking a skilled RF Development Engineer to join a cutting-edge team developing and supporting high-performance oscillator products and RF solutions. This role is based in Austin, Texas , and offers the opportunity to work hands-on with analog and RF circuit design, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, Test, debug, and support analog / RF building blocks including amplifiers, filters, mixers, detectors, and couplers
• Troubleshoot RF circuit issues and provide root cause analysis
• Develop and implement automated test procedures
• Support design changes through ECO documentation and BOM updates
• Analyze performance data and implement product enhancements
• Contribute to EMC / EMI compliance efforts and ensure IPC design standards are met

What We're Looking For :

• Industrial hands-on experience in developing and testing RF / microwave circuits
• To have a basic understanding of microelectronics
• Experience with RF test equipment : Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc.
• Bonus : Experience with analog / digital design, hardware test and validation, and RF layout techniques
• Must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States
