Description

Principal RF Engineer

Seeking a highly technical, motivated, and experienced Engineer for RF component development and design, specifically with expertise in component, circuit, and system design for Receivers and Transmitters in High Reliability Aerospace and Defense applications.

Note: US Citizen or Green Card Holder only

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, develop, analyze, simulate, characterize, verify, document, support, and release RF component devices and front-end modules for wireless Defense and Space applications.
  2. Define and prioritize product roadmap and engineering activities by interfacing with customers, business development, sales, and marketing.
  3. Assess product lines for technical capability, define specifications, perform bench testing, characterization, packaging review, validation, verification, and support product release and manufacturing.
  4. Manage projects to meet deadlines and communicate goals to management and customers.
Required Experience and Skills
  • BSEE with 10+ years in RF product development and design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organization and supervisory skills
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Passion to contribute and succeed
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with high-reliability product engineering and knowledge of MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535 is desirable

The typical base pay range for this role in the U.S. is USD $126,500 - $241,700 per year, depending on experience, skills, training, education, and location.
