We are seeking an RF Engineer to support engineering, technical, and logistical support to the Government for the design, development, and advancement of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) in Odon, Indiana.

Duties:

1. Work independently and creatively, collaborating closely with a diverse team of technical experts and business professionals.
2. Manage time and commitments within a framework of competing priorities.
3. Maintain good written and oral communication skills.
4. Understand RF communications, propagation, and modulation schemes.
5. Perform RF signals analysis and waveform generation tasks.
6. Conduct RF laboratory testing and measurements using spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and signal generators.
7. Possess knowledge of RF hardware transmit (TX) and receive (RX) architectures.
8. Field experience with RF propagation and testing is a plus.
9. Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) techniques and hardware (SDR devices, DSPs, FPGAs) is beneficial.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on microwave and RF theory.
