We provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment programs, with solutions in Digital Transformation, Advanced Engineering, Physical Sciences Research, Platform Lifecycle Support, and Technical Services.

We are seeking an RF Engineer to assist with RF and Mechanical Engineering tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience working with the government, capable of conducting RF measurements, and providing SME knowledge on RF systems. Familiarity with RF test equipment, RF measurements, and RF theory/practical application is essential.

Preferred Skills and Duties:

• Understanding of electrical circuits and schematics
• Knowledge of electrical theory (Voltage, Power, Current, Resistance)
• Understanding of RF circuits, design, and related components (RF Power, attenuation, filters, diplexers, antennas, loads)
• Knowledge of antenna theory and design
• Experience with electrical and RF test equipment (Multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
• Ability to conduct basic RF measurements (RF Power, Frequencies, Bandwidth, Modulation)
• Understanding of RF communication standards and protocols
• Software programming skills for test equipment (Python and/or C++)
• Experience with parametric modeling using CAD programs (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA)
• Basic mechanical analysis understanding, such as FEA
• Ability to identify mechanical failure modes for FMEA support

Desired Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on microwave and RF theory

Desired Experience:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in microwave and RF design
