Christian Healthcare Ministries, in partnership with Heartfelt Radio, seeks an Office and Promotions Coordinator to support daily administration and coordination of promotions, events, and listener outreach. The role collaborates with staff, churches, volunteers, and community partners to advance the ministry’s mission with professional and Christ-centered service.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative, office coordination, or nonprofit/ministry experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate professionally with listeners, donors, volunteers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate listener, donor, and staff communications across multiple email accounts.
• Handle incoming calls, prayer requests, and donation inquiries.
• Process donations and prepare donor acknowledgments and receipts.
• Maintain records and distribute information to staff; manage Mailchimp communications.
• Coordinate events, ministry resources, and promotional materials.
