Job summary

Compass Point Federal is seeking a Project Analyst to support a contract award for a mission-oriented program at Ft. Huachuca.

The role involves developing and updating instructional materials, delivering technical training to radio operators and Army MARS volunteers, and ensuring quality and effectiveness of training programs. The position requires an active security clearance, a BA in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or higher clearance is required.
• 2+ years of experience creating or delivering technical training in an operational setting.
• BA in Communications, English, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience/OTJ training).
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
• Superior oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively facilitate classes and lead discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional material, training activities, and exercises; coordinate implementation with facilitators and assess effectiveness.
• Design, update and maintain self-guided training material for a large volunteer workforce and maintain a reference library.
• Create content and moderate social media to promote organizational objectives and support training operations.
• Support the Project Manager with operational and administrative duties.
• Safeguard government property and ensure personnel safety.
