Job Description

The Radio Account Executive for Audio and Digital is responsible for developing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized advertising and marketing solutions for businesses. This role requires a strong understanding of audio, digital and event marketing and the importance of outstanding customer service. The Account Executive will deliver customized solutions that meet the growth objectives of clients and prospects, resulting in long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the goals of the client and company.
• Consistently exhibit successful new business development activities
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers locally, regionally and with advertising agencies.
• Sell integrated advertising solutions, including audio, digital, and event sponsorships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Effective relationship building, customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and programming, to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.

Requirements

Physical Demands & Work Conditions

• In-person, office-based with a high volume of client meetings: in-person and virtual.
• Occasional travel required for client visits.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. for promotional materials and event setup.
