Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to join our capable team in Georgia. You will participate in simulation and delivery of radiation treatments under physician guidance, ensuring precise dosimetry and patient safety.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiation Therapy program with ARRT registration or eligibility, and ready to complete board certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
• Registered with ARRT or eligible for ARRT certification.
• New graduates must complete ARRT boards within six months of graduation or hire date.
• Preferred: one year of Radiation Therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy, including simulation and treatment administration as prescribed.

Responsibilities

Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED:1. Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
• 2. A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)
• 3. A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date
• PREFERRED:1. One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.
