Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to join our oncology team. You will participate in all technical aspects of radiation therapy, including simulation and administration of treatments as prescribed by the physician.

REQUIRED: graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology; ARRT registration or eligibility; new graduates must take boards within six months of hire. Preferred: one year of prior experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT or eligible for ARRT certification.
• New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six months of graduation or hire date.

Responsibilities

Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:1. Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology

2. A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)

3. A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date

PREFERRED:1. One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.

Work Hours:

8-4:30pm
