Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to participate in all technical aspects of radiation therapy, including simulation and administration of treatments as prescribed by physicians. The role supports patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT.
• Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible).
• New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date.
• New graduate employees must pass the registration boards within one (1) year of graduation or hire date.
• Certified in CPR.

2. A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT

OR

1. B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)

1. A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date

AND

1. B. New graduate employees must pass the registration boards within one (1) year of graduation or hire date.

1. Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

PREFERRED

1. One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.
