Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to perform simulation and delivery of prescribed radiation treatments. The role supports the clinical team and ensures accurate treatment planning and patient care.

The candidate should have graduated from an accredited Radiation Therapy program, hold ARRT certification or be board-eligible, and maintain CPR certification. Work hours are 8:00am–4:30pm with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• ARRT registration or board eligibility.
• New graduates must register within 6 months and pass boards within 1 year of graduation or hire date.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy, including simulation and administration as prescribed by the physician.

Responsibilities

Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
• A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)
• A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date AND New graduate employees must pass the registration boards within one (1) year of graduation or hire date.
• Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Preferred:

• One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.

Work Hours:

8am-4:30pm
