Job summary

Northside Hospital in the Atlanta area is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to participate in all technical aspects of treatment, from simulation to administration, under physician direction.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Radiation Therapy program and be ARRT registered or eligible, with new graduates expected to complete boards within six months of graduation or hire date.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.

REQUIRED

• 1. Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
• 2. A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)
• 3. A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date

PREFERRED

• 1. One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.
