College of Southern Maryland is seeking a full-time, 12-month Radiation Therapy faculty and program coordinator based at the Hughesville campus. The role includes coordinating, planning, presenting, and evaluating classroom instruction to promote student-centered learning, with duties across day, evening, and weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field and ARRT certification.
• Minimum three years clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Minimum two years teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee JRCERT accreditation activities and program continuity.
• Manage Radiation Therapy lab and classroom operations.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Develop and deliver instruction meeting JRCERT requirements across formats.
• Hire and supervise Radiation Therapy adjunct faculty.
• Plan and manage program budget with leadership.
