Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Radiation Therapy Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all technical aspects of the radiation therapy department. The role includes leadership, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety in patient care.

The incumbent will lead daily treatment operations, support professional practice models, and participate in policy development while maintaining ARRT licensure and continuing education requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school or certificate program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Five (5) years experience as a Radiation Therapist required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current ARRT licensure in Radiation Therapy; maintain minimum continuing education hours.

Aufgaben

• Supervises and coordinates delivery of patient care for the radiation therapy department and ensures compliance with clinical care standards and policies.
• Plans and schedules work for the group and oversees inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Mentors staff, supports change initiatives, and facilitates communication to align with the organization's mission.
