Job summary

Adena Health System in Chillicothe is seeking a Manager of Radiation Therapy to lead a community-based Radiation Oncology program. The role oversees daily operations, ensures safe and high-quality delivery, and aligns practices with ASTRO standards.

You will partner with oncologists, medical physics, and leadership to drive performance, staff engagement, and continuous improvement, while supporting access to care for the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Radiation Oncology with leadership experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in Radiation Therapy required.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a community-based Radiation Oncology program.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure safe, efficient and high-quality radiation therapy.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physics, Dosimetry, and Oncology Leadership.
