Job summary

Inova Health Radiation Therapy is seeking Radiation Therapists of all levels to join our team. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN openings with 8-hour day shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiation Therapy is required.
• ARRT certification or registry eligibility within one year of employment.
• BLS certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Set up and administer treatments according to protocols.
• Verify proper functioning of linear accelerators and CT machines.
• Position patients and verify beam parameters per prescriptions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff on complex treatments.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

Associate degree in Radiation Therapy

ARRT certified or registry eligible within 1 year

BLS certification (AHA) required
