Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Radiation Therapist to accurately deliver ionizing radiation per prescribed treatment plans. The role supports a multidisciplinary oncology team and involves treatment delivery, parameter entry, and participation in student instruction.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited RT program with ARRT (or OBMI) licensure and BLS. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• ARRT license required at start date; OBMI license may be required.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under supervision of Radiation Oncologist.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in EMR.
• Assist in training newly hired therapists and students.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and billing information.
• Interpret computerized treatment plans and ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate Varian accelerators (Halcyon, Trilogy, TrueBeam) and IMRT/SRS workflows.
