Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a Radiation Therapist to provide prescribed radiation treatments under the Radiation Therapy Manager. The role requires experience with Aria, Eclipse, and Phillips CT software, with strong data handling and patient communication skills.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $20k (payout over 2 years) and a $5k relocation bonus. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy, current Radiation Therapy

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent is required.
• Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team and ensure safety protocols.
• Utilize Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software as preferred and maintain documentation.
