Job summary

Compass Oncology in Tigard, OR is seeking a Radiation Therapist to administer radiation treatments and support the RadOnc team. You will assist with scheduling, mold fabrication, and collaboration with Radiation Oncologists to ensure precise treatment delivery.

The role requires ARRT certification and Oregon state licensure, with 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position at West Cancer Center in Tigard.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy is required.
• Must hold a valid state license for radiation therapy in Oregon.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under supervision.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR.
• Assist in clinical instruction of new therapists and students.
• Help manage patient appointment scheduling and billing information.
• Cut blocks and create custom molds as needed.
• Interpret and apply treatment plans with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
