Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• ARRT-T (Radiation Therapy) certification within 1 year of hire.
• IEMA certification from Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers proper treatments through regular assessment and verification and documents completely.
• Assesses and responds to patient and family psychosocial needs.
• Assesses patients daily for treatment side effects and responds with interventions.
• Assists with quality improvement plan for Radiation Therapy processes.
• Educates patients and families appropriately for their procedures.
• Ensures measurements and data related to each treatment are verified.
