Sarah Bush Lincoln Cancer Center is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Therapy department. This role involves interpreting, analyzing, and coordinating optimal radiation therapy for each patient, with ongoing surveillance around the treatment process to minimize adverse effects.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, ARRT-T in Radiation Therapy, IEMA, and BLS or CPR within 90 days of hire.
Radiation Therapists are responsible and accountable for the radiation therapy process. This process includes, and is not limited to, the interpreting, analyzing, and coordination of optimal radiation therapy for each patient. This individual participates in a medical surveillance prior to starting the position, while performing the position, and upon exiting the position to minimize potential adverse health effects from the hazardous drugs handled in the job.
