Job summary

SunState Medical Specialists (SMS), part of OneOncology, is seeking a Radiation Therapist to coordinate, plan, and administer radiotherapy for oncology patients across ages, ensuring safety and precision.

You will work with advanced radiation therapy machines, perform simulations and treatments, document care in EMR, and participate in chart rounds and QA. A ARRT(T) registration and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School for Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT Registered Technologist (T) is required.
• State licensed (mandatory where required) and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or construct equipment such as immobilization, treatment, or protection devices.
• Position patients for simulation and treatment with accuracy according to prescription.
• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts using therapy equipment.
