Job summary

UROPARTNERS LLC seeks a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Oncology team in Glenview, IL. You will administer prescribed radiation treatments, prepare rooms and equipment, and monitor patient responses throughout the course of therapy.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS; ACLS preferred, and strong communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Radiation Therapy procedures.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to follow complex medical prescriptions accurately.
• HIPAA compliant and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Administers daily prescribed Radiation Therapy treatments.
• Prepares room and equipment for patient procedures.
• Sets treatment unit parameters and delivers prescribed radiation dose.
• Maintains patient safety and immobilization devices as prescribed.
• Records Radiation Oncology charges and machine downtime.
