Job summary

UroPartners LLC. in Gurnee, IL is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a per diem role in the Radiation Oncology Center. The incumbent will administer prescribed radiation therapy, interpret prescriptions, and work under pressure to ensure quality patient care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shifts, with a starting range of $50.00–$60.26 per hour. Requirements include ARRT(T), IEMA certification, and a BLS certificate (ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• At least six months of related experience and/or training.
• ARRT certification required.
• IEMA certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer daily prescribed Radiation Therapy treatments.
• Prepare room and equipment for patient by gathering supplies and setting up devices.
• Set appropriate treatment unit parameters and deliver prescribed dose of radiation.
• Maintain records and ensure HIPAA compliance; communicate with team and patients.
