Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Radiation Therapist in Buckeye Lake, OH. You will administer photon/electron radiation under the oncologist’s direction and participate in simulations, QA, and patient education.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and stable daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Requires an AMA-accredited Radiation Therapy Program, OT license (LRTT) in Ohio, and at least 2 years of experience, with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and ARIA experience strongly

Qualifications

• AMA-accredited radiation therapy program completion.
• Licensed in Ohio (LRTT) in Radiation Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience; experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, ARIA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer photon and electron radiation under the radiation oncologist’s direction.
• Perform simulations and construct shielding blocks.
• Document duties and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Administer radiation therapy treatments per prescription and oncologist instructions.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Verify patient treatment and orders through proper documentation.
• Assess patient needs during treatment.
• Operate imaging, therapy, and related equipment safely.
• Prioritize tasks to complete duties timely.
• Educate patients and families.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve operations.
