Forbes-listed hospital in east central Ohio is seeking a Radiation Therapist to administer photon/electron radiation, perform simulations, and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist. You will document care, participate in QA, and ensure accurate treatment delivery.

The role requires a AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program, ARRT RTT registration, and an Ohio license. Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and ARIA is strongly preferred. Full benefits offered and a daytime schedule.

Formación

• Completed AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Registered by ARRT in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
• At least 2 years Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam, Trilogy and ARIA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties, participate in QA activities.
• Administer radiation therapy treatments per prescription and oncologist instructions.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Verify patient treatment and orders with proper documentation.
• Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Operate imaging, therapeutic and related equipment safely and competently.
• Prioritize work to complete tasks timely.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve operational effectiveness.
