Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Buckeye Lake, OH, is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a full-time role. The position offers 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, day shift, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends, no on-call, and no holidays. A full benefits package is included.

The candidate will administer photon/electron radiation, perform simulations, and support brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist's guidance, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to department policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Registered by ARRT in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
• Licensed in Ohio as Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience.
• Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy and Aria strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer photon and electron radiation under the radiation oncologist's direction.
• Perform simulations and construct shielding blocks.
• Accurately administer radiation therapy treatments per prescription.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Document treatments and orders accurately.
• Participate in patient needs assessment and education.
