Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics leads a biopharma site seeking a Lead Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and EHS program manager to ensure compliance with radiation, chemical, and safety regulations. You will oversee radioactive materials handling, perform dosimetry assessments, develop and deliver EHS training, and conduct audits and investigations.

The role also coordinates regulatory inspections and reporting, serving as site liaison for radiological safety and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in health physics, physical/biological sciences or engineering.
• 4+ years of health physics/RSO experience, preferably in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing or research.
• Approved RSO certification by NRC or state.
• Strong knowledge of radiation, chemical, and health safety regulations.
• Experience in radioactive material shipping, procedure writing, and incident reporting.
