The role is remote and per-task, requiring hands-on experience in health physics to craft realistic scenarios and define safe, technically sound responses.

You will evaluate model outputs, draft comprehensive reference answers with technical rationale, and apply professional judgment to separate routine dose/shielding

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on measurement, dose planning, survey work, assay, contamination control, and precise work planning in critical environments.
• Red-teaming experience is preferred and valued.

Aufgaben

• Develop challenging single-turn prompts in radiological safety, classified as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard and determine whether each response was handled correctly.
• Write reference answers that describe the appropriate response and the technical reasoning behind it.
• Apply professional judgment to distinguish routine questions from requests that may conceal harmful intent.
